Wintrust Bank - Gold Coast
Wintrust’s Gold Coast location in Chicago was renovated at the high-traffic corner of Cedar and Rush, transforming a 1937 brick building into a modern branch with an old-school Chicago feel. The project included a full storefront demolition and replacement, new steel and concrete footings, an expanded façade into the pedestrian walkway, and two stories of full-height glass along Cedar—paired with reclaimed wood flooring, oversized windows, and an open ceiling concept to preserve the building’s original character.
